At Messy Mind Design, all of our products are made to order. This means every item is created especially for you — thank you for your patience!
Production Time Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or busy postal periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Orders For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Messy Mind Design.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
